Our History
We recently relocated to the Virginia Northern Neck area after beautifying landscapes in the Washington D.C. area since 1995. We look forward to using our expertise and Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional certification to enhance the beautiful properties surrounding the rivers and bay in and around our new home base of Kilmarnock.

What We Do
We provide creative, eco-friendly design solutions for a wide variety of landscaping and gardening needs. Our areas of expertise include waterfront and shoreline landscaping; deer resistant, drought tolerant, and native gardens; and all types of hardscaping including patios, walkways, and walls.
Who We Are
Katherine McConnell started her landscape design business in 1995--a second career which combines her love of gardening and the outdoors with her background in engineering. In addition to her engineering degree from University of Virginia, Katherine has a Landscape Design Certification from George Washington University and is a certified Chesapeake Bay Landscape Professional (CBLP).
